You may not have your favorite Pokémon in your collection, but you can still learn their roles and strengths. Use Matchmaker to plan the best team you can around the Pokémon you can use. Players with a full Pokémon HOME box often have more options; if you do not, Matchmaker helps you build teams you understand. For full six-slot coverage checks, Team Lab is a strong next step.

Tip: Look for pairs that add damage, speed control, or bulk so your core can actually reach its win condition.
